Apple has issued new guidelines for users using its Accidental Crash Detection feature after reports that multiple false alarm cases are happening. The Company says “If the call has been made, but you don’t need emergency services, don’t hang up. Wait until a responder answers, then explain that you don’t need help.”
The feature uses sensors to detect a severe car crash and alerts responders for quick help.
